Refund

Hi, I am new to eBay however my parcel did not arrive so I am getting a refund for it however in the time from payment to refund I have changed bank cards (same account different card) as I was a victim of fraud I have changed the card if eBay however I think it may have gone through to my old card.

If this was a debit card, I would think that your bank would be able to sort it out.

A debit card has on it as well as a 16 digit number, the bank sort code and account number which from what you say has not changed so as no money is on the card, any refund would go to the correct Bank Account.
