Refund

I purchased a USB electric heated throw, when it came it wasn’t as described I wanted to return it to get a refund but the seller persuaded me to keep it and get a refund which I didn’t really want to do but with it being the run up to Christmas and me being disabled I said ok but it’s months now and they just keep fobbing me off, can you help please this is a lot of money to me, thankyou

Sorry it's too late to do anything about it via ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims.   Try contacting your payment provider and see if they can help.   Good luck.

I am so sorry,   but the seller has fed you with false promises and excuses to get you to go over the timeline to be able to claim a full refund when receiving a faulty item.  You have to open a case for item not as described  with eBay, but within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

 

The seller has run you our of time and you cannot now claim with eBay.  You would need to turn to your payment provider now for help with your refund.
