I am a private seller sold a external hard first the buyer claimed it was faulty ( I advised to format and try again) also a file that corrupted can make downloads difficult until it's identified. Then I'm told it's broken ( offered to replace) then they say they've already bought another one (£60) yeah worst case of buyers regret I asked for it to be returned for me to check it they say no want me to refund them first (yeah right) what to do?
Adding to Tobias's great advice, never ever refund before getting your item back. Once you've refunded you don't stand a chance of getting your item back. And also, never refund outside a case.
