Refund postage

I have a buyer who has bought something and it’s arrived damaged. It’s not the couriers fault as I asked someone to wrap the items and post the items for me and they didn’t use bubble wrap on a plate. How do I refund the buyers postage

When you accept the "Item damaged" or "Not as described" case or cancel and refund the item price the postage will be refunded too.
