Refund payment

HIYA,

I have purchase Air pump drain blaster on 6 August. and my order number is 27-13393-37900. After sending the amount of 8.61 pound now seller told me its  a wrong price and now you to send me 10.31 pound. than i'll send it to you. that's why i told him to refund my amount and i don't want to buy from you guys. Need your help to resolve this issue.

If the seller does not cancel and refund check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
