Hi - I have recently sold a collection only product. The buyer made the payment and it was on hold in my eBay account pending item collection.
The buyer did not collect despite a month of one way communication from me. I issued the refund and cancelled the order but the funds have been taken from my linked banked account rather than the pending payment. How do I get my money back?
