Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone could help basically a few days before Christmas I shipped out a pair of airpods costing £33
The buyer now sent me a message on the account that I shipped them out on saying they apparently don't work anymore, don't charge anymore, don't connect anymore but I couldn't text the buyer to sort this out with them as my account they brought them off has been suspended and I can not get in the account
So instead I received a email saying that eBay will be taking £33 out of my bank account
Is there anyway to stop this as I believe the airpods are still working and the buyer just wants there money back

Is it this account? This account is still up and running and not suspended.
If the buyer opened a case for item not as described, then you needed to accept the case and fully refund within 3 days or to pay for its return then you'd have 48 hours to refund after the return of the item.
Failure to do so and the buyer can escalate the case and eBay force the refund.
Under the rules for Managed Payments that all sellers sign up for, if there is no money in the Available section for a refund, money is taken from your back up source, which is usually your bank account.

If the buyer has opened a claim in time then you have to respond with a returns label or ebay will force the refund. It seems that is now where you are and the refund is going ahead. You can't stop that and you won't get the air pods back either.
If you have a suspended account, ebay will almost certainly also suspend the one you are now using.

Depending on which restriction you have on the other account this account too can be linked, and receive a suspension too.
