My buyer paid for postage and I have been charged for a pre paid label. Buyer now wants to collect as he is local and I have agreed. He wants a refund of postage. How do I get a refund for the pre paid label which will not now be used
If your buyer paid for the label the cost will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
If it wasn't listed for collection you won't have proof that the buyer has the item and in theory they could claim money back at later date. Unlikely but possible. If it's not a cheap item it would be best to cancel the transaction and relist for collection for them to buy again.
