Refund not refunded to me!

Unfortunately I had to refund a customer for an item which I had not despached.  Ebay refunded the customer but has deducted the postage from me £3.38.  There appears to be no amount "pending" in my account for this postage that never happened.  Can anyone advise ?

Thank you for your post.

This looks like a Simple Delivery order where eBay provide the postage labels automatically. If the label is not used the postage is refunded depending on who paid for it.   If it was the buyer then they are automatically refunded. If it was yourself as the seller you need to request a refund for it through the link here.
