Refund not received in account

Odd but ebay says the case is closed and refund issued but it's not made it to my credit card 12 days later.

Impossible to fund a way to contact them.  Any advice?

Turns out Barclaycard thinks it was refunded on 23rd April when refund was issued 11th May.

Refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days but are usually quicker.    You can contact ebay and ask them to check for you.   You can request a callback on here:
