Refund not Received

Ordered item as guest. Then email from ebay stating order cancelled and refund within 5 days. No refund and unable to trace seller on Ebay now. Automated system online with ebay not dealing with my problem with fixed reply choices ? Any advice how to contact ebay directly ?

How did you pay?

Ebay’s 5 days would probably only cover Paypal where refunds are fast,  payments by bank card 7 days, credit card 30 days.
