I purchased an apple Magic Keyboard here in the uk.
when received I quickly identified it was a German keyboard and the seller will not accept refunds.
I feel it very dishonest not to disclose that fact in the description. Yes I could have been more vigilant and looked at the pictures of the keyboard but i didn’t know there was such a thing as a German keyboard.
any advise. Should I contact eBay.

If it wasn't mentioned in the description that is very misleading. Open a "not as described" return for full refund.

Just a thought and I could be wrong but if you google
Can you change a keyboard on a Magic keyboard from German to English UK.

Unfortunately the positions of the "Z" and "Y" keys are switched on German keyboards, so it can't be corrected just by changing the keyboard configuration.
If this was listed by a UK seller on ebay.co.uk and the different wasn't mentioned I think you would be justified in opening case under eBay's money back guarantee. There is a legitimate expectation that items should be suitable for UK use unless stated otherwise. Sellers are required to disclose faults and for all practical purposes this makes the item unusable n the UK.
