Because my item was faulty eBay said it's the seller's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return, this was all arranged but the courier never turned up, I couldn't provide any tracking information because I didn't arrange it and it wasn't picked out, eBay closed my claim for a refund because I didn't return the item or provide tracking information, this is a ridiculous loop hole in eBay's systems, I've tried to contact eBay but just get a robot and get nowhere, any ideas ?
