Hello,
I am a registered seller on eBay UK. I have set my return policy to accept returns for damaged products. However, when I create and preview a listing, it shows as “no returns accepted.”
I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Could you please look into this issue and advise me on how to resolve it?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

I cannot see any of your items listed.
If you log out of this UK site, and log into www.ebay.com you may get a correct reading.
Be aware the preview never works properly always best ( unless it's a Classified ad) check your listing thoroughly, send it live , then if it's not correct you have time to change it.
You cannot set returns for receiving damaged items. This is covered by eBay's 30 day MBG policy all buyers are always covered for a full refund if they receive a damaged / item not as described. You as a seller needs to pay for the tracked return postage if you want the item sending back to you, first.
If you set Returns Accepted, this allows buyers to return items for a change of mind and does not fit reason and they need to pay for that tracked return postage.

Hi Tressy,
Could you please advise on the appropriate terms and conditions I can set for my refund policy to ensure it aligns with eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee?
Thank You.

This is a UK member to member forum, not Ebay.
UK sellers with business accounts have to allow returns for any reason but the rules in Malaysia may well be different.
