I got something I I didn’t need and now there not refunding my money and there not responding to my texts

For example, what are the sellers returns policy, when did you purchase it etc.

It really does help us,   if you explain exactly what has happened. 

You are not able to send texts to members,   so that gives us no clue,  as to how you have so far communicated !

However !

If you have received an item not as described,  then proceed this way:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Just proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

If you mean you have bought something and changed you mind, if it was a private seller they do not have to cancel, although it is best to cancel for you.

Sellers do not appreciate time wasters and you will get on sellers blocked bidders lists.

To get a refund, you will need to open a not received case as soon as past the estimated delivery date, as I hardly think you have had time to receive anything if you have only just joined ebay.
