What is happening with Ebay ??? I might be wrong but they have recently introduced 2 changes, Seller Protection Fees and Simple Delivery both of which were introduced without any consultation with Ebay Sellers.
I think this is because both changes do affect sellers, firstly their sales price is increased which decreases sales and secondly their postage costs are determined by Ebay without any thought to what the seller may have to do re packaging and time to package so the seller could easily lose out financially .
I personally have seen a decrease in sales, which I can only put down to the introduction of Ebays Buyer Protection fee.
My watchers have also decreased, again, because buyers are being put off by the additional fee they have to pay.
I would like to contact someone in Ebay who would listen to me, and from what I have seen on recent threads, listen to other sellers. All I want is some control over my sales .
Free to sell is a myth ..................... I actually preferred paying a fee for a sale because I knew where I stood and did not have to juggle all selling prices to adjust for Ebays pocket.
