Received Offer from Buyer with two addresses

In Review offer the Post to has a different address to that shown in the Buyer Profile.

As I'm a private seller what issues am I likely to encounter. Should I just ask the seller where to send the item or that they should update address and send new offer with correct address?

You post to address provided by ebay when buyer has paid, exactly the same as any other sale.
