NO idea at all unless someone has come up with a solution since yesterday
It seems to be an ebay glitch
Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome
If you do find anything works then it would be extremely helpful if you could come back and let us know
