Hi 

Goods arrived damaged so the buyer asked for a refund which I sent through PayPal, how to I get my final sellers value fee refunded as it is no longer a sale

Yuo should not have refunded through paypal

You are left with the final value fees and a defect on your account

All problems should be though the resolution centre and the refunds done that way so ebay know you have refunded

You could try contacting ebay and telling them you have refunded thorugh paypal and see if they will credit the final value fees
