Nothing you can do in eBay....you are now banned from selling on eBay for life.....they do not allow appeals to permanent restrictions
The restriction will be applied to anyone & everyone else who eBay can even tenuously link to you & any attempt to bypass the restiction by opening a different account will be met with instant restriction on those accounts as well.....
It is possible that in the event you do try to circumvent the ban that eBay may seek to restrict your Paypal account as well
