cancelling an order relisting fees

Hi if I buyer has won item but then changes mind as they say they did not realise it was a collection, will I incur another listing fee if I cancel the order and then re-list? I am looking to avoid having to pay another listing fee, as this was no my fault, the advert clearly stated collection only.

Listing fees are never refunded.

Have you used up your 20 free listings this month, if not you won't pay the 35p listing fee again.
