Constant messages

I have been subjected to constant emails regarding my negative post .. its bordering on harassment I have tried to explain to this person that I have tried to resolve this but it would seem that unless I do what they ask I'm going to continue to receive messages what else can I do?

Mistakes happen,so if the seller is asking you to return the item then they should provide you with a pre-paid return label to do so.Your not obliged to change the feedback you left,but it will affect the sellers account,so hopefully your issues can be resolved,and the feedback revised

 

However,If you can not resolve the sellers mistake between yourselves then simply delete the messages
