No.....fund release can only be accelerated where a seller posts using a tracked service

In other cases sellers may have to wait 21 days......however if it says in their Paypal "pending OK to send" they cannot refuse to allow you to take the item......

If this was a collection item then you should not have used Paypal......you should have paid cash on collection
