Listed a item with a ebay offer of final value fee capped at £3.00. A buyer did not pay, have a unpaid dispute going through now. If I re list auction will I lose the offer of £3.00, if so can I get the offer re applied?
No I'm afraid that £3 promo is now lost. That's another annoying factor with a non payer for items listed with promos, they then have to be relisted within another promotion duration to qualify.
