Ive recently purchased two items off ebay which came in the same package but to return them i had to print off 2 return labels

I posted the items back but with only one of the labels on the package as it would confuse royal mail , but ebay only sees  it as ive only returned one of the items 

Please can anyone shed any light on this matter

Two labels means return two separately tracked packages for to get a full refund.

Yes i understand that but they both came in a small cardboard tube so i returned them in exact same tube i received them in , i know this complicates things but the seller has received them both back exactly as he sent them out .

See what the seller says.   If they're honest they'll just refund for both items.
