Hello! 
I have a question about if someone already paid but he’s gone, completely gone. I texted him, he answered two days that he will be and collect things, now he is gone! How do I get into this situation?

You can email them and say you need it collected by a certain date.   If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction.   Or you can do that right away if you prefer.

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect easily.    The refund will be issued in the process.

By ' gone'  do you mean they are not answering your messages?

Was it the TV / LG ?  That sold 8 days ago so it' a reasonable time to keep the item but no longer.

Send the buyer a  polite message asking them to please confirm a viable collection date by *** day if not,  you'll deem the item to be unwanted and will be refunding them.

If this happens cancel the order citing Buyer Requests to Cancel.  This fully refunds them and your seller performance is not affected.

I would consider blocking this person too,  so they do not return and mess you about.
