Query on selling

Hi, I sold a Dock and Bay beach towel at the start of May. I have just had feedback in which the buyer says they are returning the item because it didn't have a power cable and they didn't see this when they bought it....

Any idea where I stand here. They've given me a neutral review!

Politely message buyer and ask if they left feedback for wrong item. 

Then you can send feedback revision request, link on your own feedback page.

Surely your buyer is mixing up their towel purchase with another order.

 

I see that it's now been revised though and is no longer a neutral. That buyer does seem confused!
