Hi, I sold a Dock and Bay beach towel at the start of May. I have just had feedback in which the buyer says they are returning the item because it didn't have a power cable and they didn't see this when they bought it....
Any idea where I stand here. They've given me a neutral review!

Not that I'm aware of! Nothing to suggest so on their website

Politely message buyer and ask if they left feedback for wrong item.
Then you can send feedback revision request, link on your own feedback page.
