My QR code has disappeared how can I get it again. The 6 digit reference number or QR code are no where to be seen in my purchase history for the item. It just says item has been paid and collected. I left feedback in front of the seller and she was kind enough to trust me but she needs the reference in order to get her funds

If it's showing as paid and collected then you don't need the code.   That's all it does.   Even without it payment is held for 14 days and then released to seller.

You can find the code in the email ebay sent you after you paid.
