QR code

Help please! I have sold an item and got 2 days late to post it. Now I’m unable to see the QR code and it’s showing tracking number on my order which i obviously haven’t posted yet. And i couldn’t find any email in my email account. Where do i find the QR code or address of the buyer?

Go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label.    If no joy contact ebay about it using callback on here:
