Put 2 shipping labels on 1 parcel using ebays 'simple delivery'

Obviously this has now created a problem (which I now know)...only 1 label can be scanned at the PO which I didn't know at the time, the other label is in limbo and 'not dispatched' and will remain although both items were in the package I posted.

I've messaged the buyer about this and given him the 1 tracking number he needs but does this mean ebay will not release/ or recuperate the funds for the 2nd not dispatched item?

Any help will be great, thanks!

eBay will release your funds in around 14 days for the untracked item provided the buyer doesn't try to claim not received for it.

Hmmm...and there might lay the problem, messaged him about the parcel containing the 2 items and tracking number to follow and refunded him on the other item postage and heard nothing back, the only thing maybe on my side is that I took a photo of the shipping labels on the parcel. They say ebay is always on the buyers side...watch this space.
