Purchasing a reciprocating saw

Trying to buy a reciprocating saw but don’t have a credit card(only debit card) to verify that I am over 18 even though I have been buying and selling on EBay since 2006 please advise.

IF you don't have a credit card you cannot buy on eBay. Have you a friend or family member that has one that can buy for you?

These regulations set by eBay are in accordance with UK law guidance on the weapons act.
