I’m trying to find the purchase history on something I bought possibly 10 years ago.
I can only find the history for the last year or so.

Purchase goes back 7 years.

I'm afraid you won't find anything going back 10 years on eBay.

I was hoping to find some information on a purchase I made around about 10 years ago.
I was hoping I would be able to look back through my purchase history and find it.

The same problem. No answer from the service bot. It is so sad because my things were stolen and I need details. The oldest purchase record was 8 years ago.

Probably you got any help from them?

And was told the same.
They only go back to around 8 years.
