Hi,
I bought a sony playstation game visor for £200 at auction as the seller listed it as (excellent condition). when it arrived both visors were completely scratched. The seller said he would give me a partial refund of £75. I contacted ebay and because I chose a wrong option somewhere, that allowed the seller to refuse my refund. So I contacted ebay and they said the case has been closed and the same thing happens when I try and appeal, so I don't know what to do, this is not right and ebay doesn't seem to be bothered. Any help/advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Persevere with ebay. They have been known to reopen closed cases when they want to. Use callback on here:

Ask to speak to a manager. If still no luck contact your payment provider and see if they will do a refund or chargeback. Best of luck.

Once a case is closed ebay usually have no control as all cases are automated.
Best contact your payment provider for a charge back
