Problems with the delivery company

Hello all,

 

I'm having problems with the delivery company DHL who were meant to collect my parcel at my home address to post on to the buyer. They have let me down two times in a row now with the delivery driver going to the wrong address both times. I would like to send item with another courier service as my customer is suffering over their incompetence. Is there a function to change the delivery company on the listing please?

Problems with the delivery company

Other people have had this problem with DHL.   You can't change courier but you can cancel/refund the transaction and relist, opting out of Simple Delivery to choose your own courier.

 

So cancel with the buyer's agreement via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list.    Then relist for the buyer to buy and pay again,  and follow the advice on here:
