Problems with shipping to U.S.A. Advice

I finally was able to speak directly by phone with eBay. They say the problem is on your end in that you have two possible shipping service options listed for the plane. They say you need to do away with the International Courier option (whatever that is), and only offer the option of Global Shipping Programme or GSP. Once this is corrected, I should be able to purchase right away. Again, so sorry for the problem but eBay is assures me this will solve the problem.

this was the response from the potential buyer in the USA. But having checked the advert it’s has eBay global shipping selected ?

The item could be excluded (rightly or wrongly) from GSP to USA.   Info here:

But you could try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any other blocks:

I checked some of your listings, they don't show as you posting to USA by GSP or direct.

So buyer can't pay.

Other countries say contact seller for cost, you don't seem to be opted in to GSP.
