Problems with ebay system affecting my business

The eBay system has been affecting my returns and refunds this has been going on for a while but has now started to affect the running of my account. When I receive a return the system won’t let me refund the customer it goes through a process of asking me to log back in and then when I click on refund again the system says unfortunately your refund hasn’t gone through please try later. I try a handful of times with the same result the customer then opens a case I try again to refund againto no avail the case is then closed and I receive a defect it took 8 phone calls to ebay for someone to listen and take action on my account the defects have been removed but despite this the account has been kept in below standard until the next valuation. My defect level went from 0.41% to 0.50% with no defect??? Whilst at 0.50% there were only 2 defects on my account for the reasons stated above.

Following on from this 2 days ago a customer wanted to purchase a golf iron set from me and collect because of the value of the golf clubs I wanted to make sure the transaction was above board and I was covered so I phoned ebay who told me to take the listing down and re-list it as a collection only listing so I could get a collection code from the buyer this is all fine except in doing this it changed all my listings to collection only I tried to rectify all this by altering postage policies to no avail at the same time I’m constantly phoning ebay and getting no help one operative told me it was my fault. Having finally today managed to change all my listings to a courier service I’m now unable to bulk import my listings into Evri. You may think this is an issue with Evri but it’s not I have another ebay account and my orders bulk import perfectly fine through that Evri account. Today is also my busiest day of the week all my orders on ebay dried up this morning at around 11am more phone calls to ebay and no help have just have been told the issue has been passed to a technical team who might get back to me in 24-48 hours time. I’ve included a photo of the failed imports from Evri. I’m writing to the ebay community in sheer desperation, the whole saga has left me feeling frustrated and severely stressed out I’m actually currently recovering from ankle ligament surgery and all the problems the ebay system and the lack of help from ebay directly are adding to the miserable condition I find myself in.IMG_1593.png
