Problem with scam company

i returned goods I bought as they were not as described. I sent them back but I have received the package back as address unknown. The company has been taken off eBay but they say they can't refund money until package delivered but as it's a scam it won't be delivered. Anyone had this problem and how did it get resolved

If eBay have removed the seller from their site,  you need to contact Customer Services for them to help you with this refund.

Contact CS with the link below for a Call Back option.  Try at 8 a.m. on weekdays as there's more chance of Dublin answering. It's a Call Back option, so you'll hear if it's Ireland calling!

If you used an eBay return you will be able to escalate it after 3 complete working days.   eBay only require attempted delivery.    So go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit. 

if you didn't use an eBay return you won't be able to start one now their account has been suspended.    Instead contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
