Problem with return details. Return details button not working

I have received the return email but when I click on the 'return details' button I get a message 'something went wrong, its us not you.  Try again later'.  I have  tried over a few days and get same message

You don't seem to use your account.

Did you checkout as a guest rather than logging into the account you are posting from?

If that is the case, find the email you got when you paid and start your return from there.

I have done the return from my order email.
I have received a return email with a 'return details' button but when I click on it to get the return label, I get an error message 'something went wrong,  it's us not you' then says to try again.
I have tried several times over the last few days but get same message.  Not sure how I can return the item without the address label.
The order ID is 08-12478-83044Please advise what I should do
