Problem with buyer

I have problem with buyer. I made very good very realistic pictures. On original label is 100% lamb skin and this is original label and this is lamb skin. Buyer says that this is not real skin and is not as described. How I can prove my rights?

Simple answer is you can't prove anything, I'm afraid if your buyer opens a case they'll be refunded, best course of action is to simply ask them to return for a full refund if not satisfied, then block them from buying from you again.
