I am having a problem returning an item. The seller has agreed the return and then proceeded to refund me, therefore completing return. I am unable to print tge return label as tge link wont open.
When sellers refund before the item has been returned ebay assume they don't want it back therefore you won't be able to print the label or complete the return via ebay. If the seller wants it back ask them to email you a return label direct from the couriers website. Or send you the QR code.
