Private Sellers Unwanted on ebay

So what with the 'buyer protection' and the simple delivery which is so expensive for small items.  ebay are clearly trying to push private Sellers off the plafform or for them to convert to business sellers.  I dont really want to be pushed like this.

However my sales have plumetted since simple delivery charges.
