Hi, I'm getting messages from previous buyers saying that they're getting a message stating 'Unfortunately, this seller does not ship to your location!' when trying to make a purchase, I've contacted ebay & all my listings are set up for worldwide shipping & so seem unable to help me any further, I'm losing sales!

I checked a few of your listings, they show you do post internationally via RM.
You also must upgrade to business seller before you get reported to ebay & HMRC.

I've added my NI number as ebay has asked but I'm not a business seller. Also i'm still getting sales coming through from abroad from other sellers?

"but I'm not a business seller"
With 462 new items, ebay & HMRC won't believe you.

You are either making or buying the items that you sell so you are trading and should have a business account.
Ebay say:
If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option.
If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.

Any help regarding my actual opening post would be much appreciated.

As I replied,
I don't see any issues.
Which countries are buyers saying you don't post to.

Thanks for the reply Tobias, Switzerland & the US although I've sold an item to the US earlier today. I've spoken to an ebay agent again & he's suggested that the buyers contact ebay from their end as it must be a glitch on their accounts.........we will see!
Thanks again
John

Both those countries show you post to yourself, not through GSP.
