Pressure cooker

Hi

I bought a pressure cooker from eBay and it doesn't work properly now and I guess it is because of the plastic washer. I asked it from the seller but they didn't respond me. How can I follow up it?

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

If you just need a replacement part, and you are out of any guarantee period, you could contact the manufacturer to see if you can buy a new washer.

Hi
It is less than 2 years that I bought it, and do not know still it has guarantee or not. On the other hand, I could not find the manufacturer website or contact details. Can you please let me know what should I do?

If you bought from a UK business seller, then you can try writing to them or ringing them.

If you bought from overseas, the you will probably find it very hard to enforce any warranty, even if it was sold to you with a 1 or 2 year guarantee,
