Prepaid postage label

Hi

I've sold an item and the buyer has chosen to use a prepaid label rather than my postage option but the postage cost is being deducted from my funds. When I receive the funds will I receive the correct amount?

Any fees or postage costs are correctly deducted you will receive the correct amount.

You can check your deductions and payouts received in the Payment Summary>> All transactions tab top of your homepage.
