In my listing details I specified collection and didn't choose a specific delivery option, so eBay defaulted to "Postage or Collection in person" and "Simple delivery".
When the listing went live eBay assumed what my item would weight and its size and entered a "Simple delivery" price.
The item sold and the customer specified "delivery".
Now my only option is "simple Delivery" and "print a label".
Even if I went ahead with the "Simple Delivery" the problem is the package is too big and too heavy for the courier to accept the shipment.
I can't alter ANYTHING.
It looks like the only option is to cancel the order and start all over again!!
This is a real learning experience and I will NEVER accept any eBay offer of "simple delivery" and it is anything but "simple".
