I want to cancel a pre paid label that I have not used,but the system is telling me I can’t, why is this if the label has not been used and was only purchased by mistake 1 day ago
Simple Delivery labels cannot be cancelled but if a label is not used it is automatically refunded to whoever paid for it. If postage is wrong you should cancel the transaction and relist with correct postage so that the tracking number is correct.
