Pre-filled catalog information

I list a lot of video games , I always like to include the EAN number for buyers , as soon as I enter the EAN number I get all the catalog info added to my listing, often this is incorrect … I go to edit the info or remove the incorrect and boom! I lose the EAN that I’ve added.. can I opt out of the pre-filled info so I can have the EAN and not have the catalog info??? I normally use the eBay app on iPhone to list stuff. Many thanks

It could be the app that is the problem so try listing on a PC instead.
