Potential Customer in Sweden can't purchase

Hi, I have a potential customer in Sweden wanting to make a purchase. I use eBay's GSP.  

eBay is telling them the item can't be shipped to Sweden, yet I have no restriction on my account for anywhere in Europe. The item is a small set of antique scales.

Any ideas as to why?

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:

An alternative would be to relist with direct postage to the EU.
