Posting without using Qr or label

Hi - my buyer did not leave a space in her postcode and so the usual method of posting - Qr code or print label would not work - so I posted old school as in went to post office - but it won’t let me say it’s been dispatched and keeps saying I’m overdue in posting - I can’t remove it and my buyer despite sending 2 messages has not replied 🙄 can anyone help

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label and try again.

Even if the buyer does reply, this will not help facilitate a faster release of your payout unless the item is under £25 in value,  then leaving feedback will help. Don't worry about the messages to dispatch,  they'll soon stop.

I wouldn't bother messaging anymore,  they'll soon inform you if the item doesn't arrive.

Using a laptop /PC and Chrome you should be able to manually add the new tracking number if not, your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

If the original Simple Delivery label was not used, a refund will be processed:

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
