Posting to Italy

Please gentle people of Great Britain - do not use BRT postal service as it is real junk. Nothing gets through.

UK Post Office love to send items via BRT. The items never arrive. Strange, but items through any other postal service to arrive and usually on time. BRT state each time - Incorrect address - the item is never returned to the seller, the item never reaches the buyer. 

I believe BRT workers hi-jack international items to sell on. BRT are a most dishonest company as reviews do show.

Please DO NOT USE BRT to makes deliveries in Italy.

Sorry if we use Royal Mail, we cannot tell them how to arrange delivery in Italy. If buyer claims not received, it is then up to seller to refund and claim off Royal Mail.

Many sellers simply do not ship to Italy because of bad experiences.
